Issai's fine white paws thudded inaudibly as she treaded through the halls. Issai sensed the crazed spirits still waundering these very halls and found them facinating. She often visited this place. Stopping at the end of the hall, the nudged the door open with her long snout and explored the room.

Altair was crouching on one of the beams above the wolves crown, watching her with a percuilar look. His hood covered his features, wrist blades flicking out as he watched her curiously. He leaped down beside the wolf silently, blue eyes watching her. He chuckled softly, but didn't say anything, or do anything for that matter. Yet.

Issai perked her ears. Had a spirit just chuckled at her? No, it seemed more real than that. Looking around the room, she tried to find the sorce of the sound. After a few minutes of searching she hopped up on the hospital bed and flopped down, looking around the room. It was then that she saw him. Quickly, she sat up and growled softly in suprise, bearing her fangs a bit.

He smirked softly, it was hidden by the shadow of his hood however. He stood slowly, eyes never leaving the fae. He wasn't sure why she was here, but then again, he wasn't sure why he was here himself. He didn't bother to say anything because he figured it would be useless to say anything at all, especially to a wolf. He just continued flicking the wrist blades back in and out. It was more of a game for him.

Seeing the glimmor of the blade, she jumped down from the hospital bed and growled menacingly, ears pinned back and pearly white fangs gleaming. She wasn't sure what this human wanted. Was he here to hunt and kill her? Was he here to capture her alive? Did he come just to talk? Hundreds of questions rolled inside her head. Her gold-amber eyes shone with hidden fear. (OCC: Note, charactors who's owner is a Kami user can communicate through telepathy to other charactors with Kami spirits. Though, unless they respond through telepathy, there is almost no other way of telling if that charactor has a Kami spirit. Telepathy comminucaton is in Omni-language, or a language understood by all. Just an insider's tip ive been meaning to include in the under information, but never got around to it. )

Lida ran through the halls, this was really not a place the kami of life would want to be in. She just had the idea to look around but know she was lost. But she sensed a kami that she had met once. She ran towards that direction. She that she had heard something. the steady beat of her feet hitting the floor. She ran and took a corner. She found a door was open she walked in. Lida gasped in surprise. It really was that wolf kami from before. She was kind of shocked to find her with a human though. She looked at the other human, her blue eyes focusing. Her blond blond hair in pig tails. Not braided she didn't braid it today. Lida called out in her own soft, gentle chiming voice. "Hello Issai? And company?" She lifted her hand to wave at the man. The girlthen took a few steps toward her wolf friend. "Are you in trouble from this guy Issai?" she asked using the telepathy she thought that only Issai could hear. She was the only other kami besides herself here right? Or maybe not, she glanced at the man unsure. No hint of a straight forward emotion on her face.

Issai continued to growl softly in warning to the strange man. ~He hasn't done anything, but theres something about him that just.. gives me the creeps. I think hes an assassin, judging by his wrist weapon.~ She thought back. Even in heaven the death kami gave her the creeps.

He smirked softly, and said "Calm your selves. I haven't come to waste my energy on you guys." He smirked once again, and looked away from the two.

Lida looked at him again, so that person was a Kami. The life kami smiled holding out a hand then, as friendly and nice as always. "Well then, I'm Lida and this is Issai. She is Sukkari-kami god of all and I am Seimei-kami god of life. May I ask who you are?" Lida's perfect smile was hard to resist. Her blue eyes were set on him. She didn't really know why she was introducing her wolf friend as well. It seemed like she just said it aloud because she forgot that her friend could talk to. Oh and I was already calm. She felt something brush her leg and jumped as she looked to see some weird ghost. As a god of life this place seemed pretty creepy. She was pretty brave though she wasn't scared just surprised. Then grossed out, a dead thing had touched her. Dead thing had touched her, somehow she was already thinking of zombies in what not even though she knew they weren't real. Oh Lida would try not to think about it and get a sick stomach. Lida continued to hold out her hand her smile had faded as she had slid a bit away from the weird ghost. Her head turned to watch it head for the door, um really really weird.

Altair watched her for a moment before introducing himself. "Altair, Assassin, God of death i suppose. It fits." He looked down at the wolf before jumped back up onto one of the rafters, and glared down at them once again. No, he didn't have anything against them, it's just who he is. You musn't take it out on him.

Lida watched him. She was quite curious about him, he seemed like a cool bad boy or something. She leaned down to gently pet her wolf friend. She then stood up to look at the man again. She sighed thinking that he was not very friendly. She looked around again. It was weird to meet a kami that does the opposite of you. Life and death standing in the same room, it was kind of funny to her. "Like the air Altair?" That interested her. Being in the element of the air, high places were her thing and he was standing in the rafters. Lida was wearing a blue t-shirt, a green skirt. She looked like any other teenage girl, another year away from adulthood. But she was much, much more than just that. She couldn't be left on the ground when another was in the air. She couldn't hold back from being in her element. Her glossy, neat looking white wings appeared and she was off the ground in no time. "Or maybe just high places?" She smiled, looking at him eye to eye now that she was in the air.

Altiar chuckled slightly, and said "No. Just high places. Keeps you out of sight, and it's a perfect element of surprise. Though fire is more my element...." He muttered slightly on the last word, but smirked softly as he looked down at her. "What about you?" He asked. He didn't feel the least bit uneasy about her being the kami of life, and he the kami of death. It was actually quite interesting to him.

Lida nodded. "Guess that would make sense you are an assassin after all. Surprise and stuff. " Lida didn't really know that much about that kind of thing. She looked around, yeah this place was creeping her out. She wasn't scared though. She fluttered her white wings and sank lower towards the ground. Not completely on the ground, but close to it. She eyed him again. "Fire is your element? Can you show me something?" She probably wouldn't say it but she was a fan of fire. Fire water and wind, earth wasn't really her thing.

He glanced at her, and said "Fire? You wanna see fire?" He bit his lip, hands closing around the blades. He wasn't in control of his element very well, and he didn't really feel like toasting her and the wolf at the moment. He sucked in a breath, and nodded. "Right then." He closed his eyes, and opened his palm of his hand. A fire ball started hovering just above his hand, little sparks flying all over the place. He just kept it small for a few moments, and very slowly allowed it to grow into a ball that looked about the size of a bowling ball. He opened his eyes, and allowed it to float forward, and then, it exploded. But it was more like fireworks. The flames danced around them, only not singeing either one of them. He smirked soflty, and said "Wow. I actually got it to work this time. Surprise!"

Lida smiled and clapped her hands. "That's cool!" She stared at them flying just a bit above a few of them. She thought they were very intresting. She then flew a little higher away from the heat so she could admire them from a far. She was almost touching the ceiling now. They looked like little stars from that point of view. She flew back down, she couldn't help but cause a breeze in her enjoyment of the flames. She liked seeing the little things that reminded her so of stars. "Sometimes I wish I had a friend to show me cool tricks. Don't worry, I know fires no toy." She smiled and watched as they began to get smaller. Flames always seemed to burn away like that.

Issai swooped down a bit and woofed as the fireball exploded. ~wow! that was cool!~ she commented excitedly. She always had in interest in fire, though wind types have a natural mutual status. Hovering in the air, pumping her powerful pure white wings, she grinned at her two friends.

He shrugged lightly, and said "It's nothing really. At least I don't think it is." He took out a dagger and started fiddling with it as the last of the flames started dying down. "And Lida, it's a good thing you know not to play with fire. I wouldn't want to remind you." He grinned softly.

Lida went back to the ground once the flames died away. She stood on the ground and her wings disappeared. She looked up and smiled. Nodding, no she knew much better then most about dangers. She thought about it for a moment. Then she felt a tug on her leg. She looked down, a ghost person was their. It was the same one that had brushed her leg earlier. It really creeped her out. She took a step away from the weird thing. It held on and before you know it she was walking all over the place, she didn't want to try flying because it might drag her down. "Get off! " She was starting to get mad. Which was making the room a it windy. Then she thought of blowing it off. She tried throwing a big gust of wind at it. That really didn't help but it did make the room cold. She kept blowing in frustration. "Can I have a hand here? I don't deal with the dead!" She knew either could help her. They both had control over the dead. Issai being kami of everything and Alitar kami of death.

Issai, seeing the crazed ghost latched onto Lida's leg, folded her wings into the dive-bombing position and swooped down like a speeding rocket. Then, grabbing the spirit by it's shoulder and causing it to let go, she lifted it in the air and hovered. Then, she closed her eyes and read it's life story. This is how wether the spirit goes to heaven or hell is determened. Her eyes snapped open, glowing jet black/purple, as she saw all the horrible crimes and all the pain he caused during his life. Her judgement final, she swung her head and threw the spirit hurtling tword the ground, where he disappeared in a flash of fire immediately after he hit the ground. Issai flew back to the ground and folded her wings in. ~Shall we leave this place?~ she asked as her eyes waundered to the other spirits still inside the asylum, shocked expressions on their faces.

Altair grunted softly, glaring around at all the spirits. "I suppose we could. It's you to you guys though." He sighed softly, staring down at his hands for a moment. Flashbacks started to cloud his mind, and he had to shake it quickly to keep it from spreading to the rest of his body. He jumped back, eyes glaring around the area once again.

Lida was so relieved to not have a frustrating ghost on her leg. "Yeah I wanna get outta here before they latch on again." Her wings reappeared and she began flying towards the exit. Out, out, out! She thought to herself. as she exited the room and began the journey out threw the long corridors. But then she was finding she didn't know the way out. "Can I have some help here? How do I get out." She was feeling a bit angry. The little things seemed to be stacking up in here to make her frustration grow.

Altair chuckled softly, a gentle smirk crossing his features. "Come now, follow me." He said, but didn't wait for her to fallow. He jumped from his place, and started down a hallway, remembering everything in his past now. All the things he has done. Everyone he had killed. Everyone he had lost that was important to him. He growled softly, eyes closing as the flashbacks took total control. He had killed her...the one that he truly had loved. He had killed her from the inside out. The harshes way you could lose you life. Just think about it for a moment. Some you love with all you heart and mind just won't let you close to him. And then...you can't take it anymore. He tells you that he loves you, but won't allow you to get close to him at all. Someone who wouldn't hold you, or tell you that they mean the world to them. No, he told her instead that she must be ready for the day he would die, because as who he was, and what his ocupation was, he never knew when he would lose his life. And one day...she killed herself. Altair found her, and he had never been the same. He had truly loved her, but was never willing to show her that. And now look wher it got him. He finally snapped out of it, and looked back to see if she was fallowing him.

Lida watched him, followed him. He got quiet, she didn't say a word. He walked more quickly then her so she skipped along. But she was being followed again. Was it her or were the ghosts in this place attracted to her or something. Maybe it was because she was life, the thing they had lost. They weren't the best company so she speed up to a run. He looked back at her. That made her freeze and look behind her. Another ghost? Eww.... She was running again. She wasn't have so much fun in this kind of place. Really wasn't her kind of thing walking around talking to dead people. If she knew the way out she would have flown away as fast as possible. She wasn't scared, but dead people just didn't seem like someone she wanted to talk to. "What?" she was a bit curious why he stopped.

Issai strode closely behind. She could see the pain in Altair's eyes. Mabey he had a hard past. She decided to talk to him about it after they would find their way out of the asylum.

He shrugged softly, and said "Just making sure that you were able to fallow me, that's all." He pulled the hood back over his head, hiding all emotion in the shadow of it. He absent-mindedly begain to flick the wrist blade in and out, and soon he had realized what he was doing, for he stopped once again, and locked the wrist-blade in place. Once walking out the final door he said "There, wasn't so hard if you fallow the right passage." It was more like a mumbled, but you were still able to hear what he had said. He slowly made his way over to a rock, and leanded against it, and began to fiddle with a throwing knife.

Lida was glad to be out of the old place. The entrance area wasn't so bad. But being outside felt good. The air was fresh, it smelled of grass in the afternoon. She sighed, it was nice to be away from home but it seemed like a nice place to be at that time. "Do assassins have homes?" She knew wolves lived together in packs, but she didn't know was what an assassin would do. Did they have a home? Did they sleep whenever did they have friends? She was curious.
